AssurePlus - A Guarantee of Confidentiality for HR Managers
Assure Programs was the first Australian EAP provider to initiate the AssurePlus service for key Human Resource contacts within our client organisations.
This service accommodates the requirements of people with whom we have regular liaison who may wish to seek confidential counselling for their own issues.
Due to the regular professional contact key HR personnel have with Assure Programs staff and psychologists,
they may not always be comfortable utilising our regular Assure Programs EAP counsellors.
Our AssurePlus network of suitably qualified and experienced psychologists located in each Australian capital city operates quite separately but in strict
accordance with our quality assurance system. AssurePlus counselling arrangements and any identifying records or data are kept fully separate from any Assure
Programs staff or managers with whom our HR contacts may have regular dealings. This service provides additional anonymity to Assure Programs already significant
confidentiality mechanisms.
To access the service, choose your preference from the list of AssurePlus Psychologists. When you make an appointment, identify that you are covered by an Assure Programs EAP and request to be seen under AssurePlus. In keeping with the full confidentiality of the program, the psychologist will complete the necessary internal Assure Programs paperwork without your name. The client organisation and minimal presenting concerns data will be returned to Assure Programs for processing and incorporating into the regular organisational EAP reports. AssurePlus is not an urgent response or crisis counselling service, rather a professional private practitioner service with additional anonymity provisions. The AssurePlus login code is provided to our key HR contacts upon orientation.
